Sea Port Service Tariffs

• Pursuant to the Vietnam Maritime Code dated November 25, 2015;
• Pursuant to Decree No. 146/2016/ND-CP dated November 2, 2016 of the Government providing regulations on the posting of prices and surcharges in addition to maritime container cargo transport service prices and seaport service prices;
• Pursuant to Decree No. 85/2024/ND-CP dated July 10, 2024 of the Government detailing a number of articles of the Law on Price;
• Pursuant to Circular No. 12/2024/TT-BGTVT dated May 15, 2024 of the Ministry of Transport on regulations regarding the mechanisms and policies for managing service prices at Vietnamese seaports;
• Pursuant to Circular No. 31/2024/TT-BGTVT issued by the Minister of Transport, amending and supplementing Circular No. 12/2024/TT-BGTVT on regulations regarding the mechanisms and policies for managing service prices at Vietnamese seaports (View document);
